WHAT
IS CANINE REHABILITATION?
Canine
rehabilitation is the utilization of physical therapy
techniques
on dogs. Physical therapy has benefited our human
population and now those same techniques are used on
dogs. Physical rehabilitation can provide recovery of
function by: reducing the complications caused by
injury, surgery, neurological dysfunctions,
tendonitis, fractures, arthritis, obesity, etc.
Physical rehabilitation should be referred by a
Veterinarian.
